Billing Terms & Conditions

Invoice Amounts:

• Item Price: The price of each item is clearly listed next to the product and size. Please note that the product price does not include tax.
• Shipping Fee: You can see the shipping fee details in our Shipping Policy.
• Tax: An 8.9% tax will be collected based on the product’s price.

Customers will not be charged any additional fees beyond those mentioned above to receive their order.

Payment Methods:

MADEBYMT offers two convenient payment methods:

1. Paypal account: Customers can pay using their Paypal account.
2. Credit or Debit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards.

Payment is processed immediately upon customer confirmation of “Pay Now”.

Orders are processed and shipped only after the invoice amount has been paid in full by the buyer.

Refunds:

• Cancellation: Within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund any canceled orders, whether initiated by us or the buyer. After this 24-hour window, orders cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Modify/Cancel Order policy for more details.
• Returns: We accept refunds or exchanges for items returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
