- Processing Timeline:
- Most of the orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days once the order has been placed.
- As for informing the customer, an automated email notification will be sent to the buyer as soon as the order is prepared for shipping.
- Order Cutoff Timing:
- For orders placed prior to 12:00 PM Central Standard Time, the order is shipped same business day.
- If your order was placed after 12 PM CST the order will be shipped the next business day.

Customs and Import Duties for International Orders

- Customs charges in relation to international delivery depends on the customs of the country of delivery depending on the value and weight of the goods ordered.
- These charges are to be paid by you as soon as your package reaches your country.
- It is also good to note that sometimes the customs may take a longer time to process and this may result to delay in the estimated time of arrival.
- Import Fees:
- Import fees, taxes, and duties are not included in the shipping cost. You may be required to pay these fees to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Address Accuracy
- Correct Address:
- Kindly make sure that you input accurate and complete shipping details for they will not be changed. We do not accept any liability for any orders delivered at the wrong address given by the customer.
- Address Changes:
- If only later you come to notice that you made a mistake with the shipping address, do not hesitate to contact us. There is a possibility of us changing the delivering address if the order has not been processed. After your order has been shipped you cannot make any alterations to the shipping details.
