Welcome to MadebyMT. We work hard to ensure that every order is packed, shipped, and delivered with clarity, transparency, and care. Please review the shipping details below for a clear understanding of how we process and ship our pinback buttons.

1. Working Hours

Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (excluding national holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

  • United States: $4.99 flat rate
  • International: $12.99 flat rate

Flat-rate shipping means you can order multiple items for one fixed fee.

4. Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time may extend slightly during high-volume periods such as holidays.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • International: 10–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and customs clearance. Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin appearing in the carrier’s system.

7. Delayed Deliveries

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Severe weather or natural disruptions
  • Customs processing for international shipments
  • Carrier-related delays

If your delivery is significantly delayed, contact us at contact@madebymt.com. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first.

MadebyMT is not responsible for stolen packages after they are marked as delivered. However, we will assist in filing a carrier claim and explore possible solutions.

9. Packages Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we can reship it upon request. Additional shipping fees may apply.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping details before completing your purchase. If you need to update your address, email us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

11. International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their local government. Customs inspections may extend delivery times.

12. Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship in separate packages depending on stock availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.

13. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as they have not entered processing. Once fulfillment begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
