Return Method:

  • We will review your request and provide return labels via email. Customers are required to download and print these labels.
  • Please ensure that the returned product is securely packaged.

Return Items Conditions:

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in new condition and with intact tags.

Return Timeframe:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made beyond this timeframe cannot be processed for a refund.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Fee:

  • We provide prepaid labels for items with manufacturer defects, damages in transit, discrepancies from website descriptions, or incorrect products.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items due to remorse.

Restocking Fee:

II. REFUND
